RegTechFi provides a compliance training and certification platform designed for enterprises, payment service providers, MLM organizations, and other businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: AI-powered compliance training and certification courses, real-time monitoring, automated reporting, and analytics dashboards. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by RegTechFi, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services: in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; to transmit any harmful, offensive, or objectionable content; to impersonate any person or entity; to interfere with or disrupt the services or servers; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services; or to use any automated means to access the services without our express written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Certain aspects of our services require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the services after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RegTechFi, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
